Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a Deal Review, purchasing a service, or otherwise requesting services from RV Navigators, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Independent RV Advisory Service
RV Navigators provides independent RV buying guidance, transaction review, educational information, and related advisory services based on the information supplied by the customer.
RV Navigators is not the RV seller or dealer, a lender, insurer, attorney, tax adviser, mechanical inspector, manufacturer, warranty provider, repair facility, or title company unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
No Guarantee of Outcome
RV transactions involve facts, third parties, and decisions outside RV Navigators' control. RV Navigators does not guarantee that a dealer or seller will change a price or contract term, that financing will be approved, that an RV is free from mechanical, structural, title, warranty, safety, or other defects, that a customer will achieve a particular amount of savings, or that any transaction will be completed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for their final purchasing, contracting, financing, inspection, title, registration, insurance, tax, and other decisions. Customers should independently review all transaction documents before signing and obtain qualified legal, financial, tax, mechanical, inspection, or other professional advice when appropriate.
Reliance on Customer and Third-Party Information
RV Navigators may rely on prices, documents, photographs, disclosures, dealer information, financing information, vehicle information, and other materials supplied by the customer or third parties. RV Navigators is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, concealed, outdated, or misleading information supplied by a customer, seller, dealer, lender, manufacturer, service provider, or other third party.
No Mechanical or Condition Inspection
Unless RV Navigators expressly agrees in writing to provide or arrange a separate inspection service, a Deal Review does not constitute a mechanical, structural, safety, title, warranty, or condition inspection of an RV. Customers should obtain an independent qualified RV inspection before completing a purchase when appropriate.
Information and Supporting Files You Provide
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit. RV Navigators may rely on the information and documents you provide when performing a Deal Review.
If you upload documents, screenshots, or photos, you authorize RV Navigators to store, access, and review those materials for the purpose of providing the requested service. Do not upload material that you do not have the right to share or sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the review.
Fees, Payment, and Service-Specific Terms
Fees, payment timing, service scope, cancellation terms, refund terms, and other service-specific conditions may be presented at checkout, on the applicable service page, or in a separate written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific paid service, the separate agreement controls for that service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RV Navigators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the website or services, including lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of use, financing costs, or similar consequential losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RV Navigators' aggregate liability for direct damages arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid to RV Navigators for the service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
SMS Messaging Terms
If you voluntarily opt in to text messages, you agree that RV Navigators may send transactional SMS messages related to your Deal Review, such as submission confirmations, follow-up, timing, or service-related updates.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
RV Navigators website content, branding, graphics, copy, workflows, and other materials are owned by RV Navigators or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating or using RV Navigators services.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. RV Navigators is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. RV Navigators does not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
