Information We Collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, RV information, seller or dealer information, asking or selling price, financing or trade-in details, signing timeline, questions or concerns, and other information submitted through a Deal Review or contact form.
If you upload documents, screenshots, or photos, those files may contain additional information you choose to provide. Please avoid uploading information that is not reasonably necessary for us to review your RV transaction.
We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, and website usage data for security, analytics, advertising measurement, and site performance.
How We Use Information
- To review and respond to RV Deal Review requests.
- To communicate with you about your request, supporting documents, timing, and next steps.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve RV Navigators services and website functionality.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other security issues.

Deal Documents and File Security
Supporting documents and photos submitted through a Deal Review are stored using private-access controls. Access may be provided to authorized RV Navigators personnel through time-limited or otherwise restricted secure links. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle.
Email and Service Communications
If you submit a Deal Review or contact request, we may use the contact information you provide to send confirmation messages, respond to your request, request additional information, provide service updates, or communicate about the RV transaction you asked us to review.
Text Messaging and SMS Privacy
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using RV Navigators.
If you separately opt in to text messaging, RV Navigators may send transactional text messages related to your Deal Review, including confirmation, follow-up, timing, or service-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service Providers
We may use service providers that help us operate the website, securely store files, deliver email or text messages, host infrastructure, monitor performance, process payments, or provide related business services. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf.
RV Navigators does not authorize service providers to use SMS opt-in data or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
